A+F Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a leading advisory firm in the Caribbean to recruit a Tax Manager for their US FS Tax team. The team provides services to a portfolio of Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Banking and Insurance clients who are resident or offshoring in the Caribbean. Client facing, Financial Services and US Tax knowledge and experience as well as  experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Managers, Seniors and Associates
• Review US tax returns and identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
• Leading technical research engagements and presenting findings to clients
• Manage engagement planning and budgeting
• Ensure exceptional delivery standards
• Manage client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ of experience of professional tax experience
• 3-5 years of experience in US Tax with an accounting/tax advisory firm
• CTA, ACA/ACCA/CPA, EA or LLM qualification, or Masters in Taxation or Accounting
• Experience leading a team of associate and qualified tax professionals
• Fluent English

**Unfortunately, candidates with back office, outsourced or shared-service US Tax experience in Big 4/Top 6 firms will not be considered as you do not have the direct to client management experience required.**
