Join one of Lisbon’s leading law firms as a Senior Tax Adviser in their Litigation and Controversy team as they undergo significant growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to engage with complex tax issues and provide strategic advice to a diverse client base. You will play a lead role in managing tax disputes, navigating regulatory challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.

In this position, you will leverage your expertise to conduct thorough analyses of tax regulations, assist in the preparation of legal documentation, and represent clients in negotiations with tax authorities. Your responsibilities will include developing effective strategies for tax risk management, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and providing insightful guidance on contentious tax matters. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced professionals, contributing to a supportive and innovative work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tax law, ideally from a Big 4 Accountancy Firm or Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm in Portugal. A minimum of five years of experience in tax advisory or litigation is required.
