A+F Recruitment is pleased to be partnering again with a mid-tier accountancy firm in Waterford to recruit a part-qualified accountant to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a growing accounting team at an exciting time in their growth journey. The successful candidate will be mid-way through their ACCA or ACA exams and receive full support to complete their qualification.

Responsibilities 

• Preparation of accounts for a wide portfolio of clients across many industries
• Support the delivery of Audit assignments
• Preparation of income tax & corporation tax computations
• Preparation and submission of Vat returns and payroll
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
• Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.

Requirements 

• Part qualified ACA/ ACCA 
• 2 – 4 years experience in an Accountancy practice
• Fluent English – written and spoken
