A+F Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the professional services sector to recruit a Corporate Tax FDI Manager / Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified tax professional to join a globally recognised firm offering a dynamic and high-performing environment.

The successful candidate will report to the Tax Director and will take ownership of managing and delivering corporate and international tax advisory services. The role involves leading client engagements, overseeing a portfolio of multinational clients, and supporting strategic tax planning and structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver complex tax advisory engagements for corporate and international clients
• Lead a portfolio of clients, particularly in the FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) space
• Support global advisory transactions including IP restructuring, Pillar Two projects, business model optimisation and M&A activity
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Associates, Seniors, and Assistant Managers
• Collaborate with partners and directors to ensure the effective operation of the business unit

Requirements:

• Significant experience in corporate and international tax within a professional services environment
• AITI/CTC qualified or dual-qualified AITI/CTC & ACA
• Proven commitment to high-quality client service
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable:

• Advisory experience in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, communications, FinTech, or food and beverages
