A+F Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the professional services sector to recruit a Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified tax professional to join a market-leading team recognised for its innovation and global expertise.

The successful candidate will report to the Transfer Pricing Partner and will take ownership of managing a portfolio of transfer pricing projects, providing strategic insights, and guiding a team through complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead transfer pricing projects from planning through to documentation and implementation.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent and exceptional service to multinational clients.
Contribute to business development initiatives and support the firm’s strategic growth objectives.
Guide, coach, and develop junior team members through on-the-job learning and formal mentoring.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their objectives and challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in transfer pricing with strong technical knowledge of OECD, EU, and international tax frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

Experience in financial services transactions (insurance, funds, banking).
Exposure to dispute resolution matters including APA and MAP processes.
Proficiency in economic analysis databases and the application of quantitative methods.
