Our client is a multinational organisation with a shared services centre in Bristol, UK. Due to the continued growth of their Bristol offices they have an opportunity for an experienced AP Manager to join their team in a leadership role. This is an exciting time to the join the UK team as the organisation is established and has a strong foundation for growth. 

About the role: 
In the role you will lead a team of over 20 people with 6 direct reports and create an environment where your team consistently delivers for the EMEA region and is empowered to find ways to improve processes.  

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Give clear goals and direction to your team
  • Ensure team is set-up to meet SLAs
  • Set and monitor team perfomance levels
  • Recruit, train and develop your team to increase capacity
  • Manage communication and relationships with stakeholders across the region
  • Support finance transformation activities
  • Prepare and review SOX controls

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role 
  • People leadership experience (teams over 10 people)
  • SAP/Oracle or similar ERP experience

Relocating to Bristol:
You must have the the right to live and work in the UK at the time of application, financial support will be provided if you are relocating to Bristol to take up the position.
