A+F Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the professional services sector to recruit a Corporate Tax FDI Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified tax professional to join a globally recognised firm offering challenging projects and strong career progression in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will report to the Tax Director and will take ownership of managing a portfolio of international clients while supporting strategic business development. The role involves a blend of client-facing advisory work and internal team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of corporate and international clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory services
• Collaborate with partners and directors to ensure the smooth running of the business unit
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and winning new clients
• Advise on global tax matters including IP structuring, Pillar Two, business model optimisation, and M&A
• Supervise and mentor a team of Associates through to Managers, supporting their professional growth

Requirements:

• Significant experience in corporate and international tax
• AITI/CTC or both AITI/CTC & ACA qualified
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a team

Desirable:

• Experience advising clients in sectors such as technology, pharma, FinTech, communications, or food and drink
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
