What you’ll do:

Take full responsibility for statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting across the French business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Oversee financial controls, risk management, and policy development to safeguard the organisation’s integrity.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and risk governance.
Lead on regulatory submissions, audit coordination, and systems integration projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

What we’re looking for:

Extensive expertise in French GAAP and IFRS, coupled with strong experience in French regulatory reporting.
A recognised professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA, DSCG, DEC or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
Strong leadership track record, with exposure to transformation projects and matrix management.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
