Our client is is a leading professional services firm in Ireland, with an international presence. They currently have a fabulous opportunity for a financial reporting senior manager to join their outsourcing team

Your Role

• Manage the review of management accounts across various sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, financial services, professional services and public sector.
• Manage the review of management accounts across various sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, financial services, professional services and public sector.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports on a quarterly basis.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and application of various accounting standards, primarily IFRS, US GAAP and FRS 102.
• Manage the review of group and statutory financial statements
• Liaise with commercial functions providing support as required
• Manage the preparation, review and consolidation of the company’s annual budget.
• Manage all account opening and account closing processes.
• Keep up to date with all accounting and regulatory standards to ensure compliance with all legislative practices.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as necessitated

Your Profile Ideally

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience in managing teams ideally within a professional services environment.
• Practice trained accountant with 3 + years’ PQE.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels.
