Here at A+F recruitment we have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Operations manager to join  our prestigious International client based in London! This is an amazing opportunity to work with a very well-known and highly admired global financial institution who are recognised for reliability in delivery to their blue chip, European corporate client base.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Leasing Operations Manager, you will over-see invoicing for both customers and suppliers, staff expenses, and when necessary, you will also be managing any late payments and ensuring they  are resolved in an efficient and customer centric manner. Whilst you won’t have any direct reports, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to assist with the management of people, projects and processes. 
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • Operations experience in Leasing or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and/or leasing company cash management systems
  • Accuracy and speed are key as is an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Alfa systems knowledge is desired but not essential
  • Proven analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in excel.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior staff
