This is an unique opportunity to join a close knit finance team at a time of significant growth and expansion.

My client is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to the finance team on a part time basis for circa 20 – 25 hours per week.

This role will require some on-site office work, with lots of flexibility around the working hours.

Reporting to and working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for running the weekly and monthly Irish payroll for 850 staff using Megapay.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 4/5 years Irish Payroll experience
  • Track record running large volume Payrolls
  • Emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with and influence a variety of personnel across the organization.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
