A+F Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity in Dublin for a Payroll Team Leader within the healthcare sector. Working in Irelands largest private hospital in Dublin.

The rate and pace of change in the health services is such that that adaptability is essential in this position. Our client is currently undergoing major developments and the post holder will be required to maintain and enhance their professional knowledge, skills and aptitudes necessary to respond to a changing environment.

Please note you must be eligible to work in Ireland as sponsorship is not available.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Payroll Administrators to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
  • Manage, motivate, recruit and train payroll team members
  • Assign and delegate responsibilities within the payroll team
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, fortnightly and weekly payroll

Review and assist with the calculations of employee

  • Paid absence
  • Premium payments
  • Pension contributions and returns
  • Pension refunds
  • Pay rates in line with National Wage agreements
  • Other deductions
  • Net pay
  • Bank payment

      Co Ordinate with HR / Nursing HR to ensure payments to employees are in line with contracts
 
Experience
 

  • 6 plus years experience processing large payrolls from start to finish
  • Must be computer literate and have strong MS office skills particularly Excel
  • IPASS Qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis on quality, accurate output
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
  • Proven ability to communicate with staff / management at all levels
