A+F Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a leader in the field of R&D Tax and Incentives consulting to recruit an Associate Director as they expand in Ireland. This is a role for an experienced practitioner who can manage a client portfolio. As the financial lead in the Irish market you will be the face of the business here and play a key role in the development and execution of the firm’s ambitious growth plans. 

The firm has clients in the Pharma, Engineering and Agriculture sectors in Ireland with a strategy in place to broaden and deepen their reach. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, a dedicated business development team and an internal claim review team. The firm his lead by a highly talented and entrepreneurial leadership team who understand the nuances of the Irish market and are investing to scale quickly here.
