The role:
This position is responsible for supporting the Securities Finance team across London & Dublin regarding changes to the regulatory framework. This role will proactively review all regulatory changes, consultation papers, Q&A’s & press releases published by the UK and European Regulators. It will involve analysing what is applicable to the Irish and UK subsidiaries and the UK Branch of the Bank and hen advise and work with both the Reg Change and Reg Reporting Teams to determine implementation requirements and timelines.

This role requires:

• Seasoned experience in the regulatory space within the banking world
• Detailed technical knowledge of binding regulations
• High quality analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset to identify and swiftly resolve issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The development and maintenance of good relationships with key stakeholders and the ability to effectively communicate recommendations
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills to be able to juggle competing priorities
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and develop/improve processes where necessary
