I am looking to speak with experienced Finance Specialists with advanced knowledge of SAP for a SAP implementation project in the Southeast of Ireland.

Candidates will be available immediately with access to a car as this role will involve some travel to various client sites to assist in the project rollout.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within SAP implementation environments, ensuring financial integrity, project tracking, and administrative support for key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive professional with a background in finance and SAP, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage project-related tasks efficiently. The position is based in the Kilkenny/Wexford/Waterford area, with a mix of on-site and off-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial oversight for SAP implementation throughout a variety of client locations
Assist in the administration and coordination of the SAP project, including documentation, scheduling, reporting and on site training.
Work closely with local managers and teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP financial processes.
Support procurement and invoicing processes related to the SAP implementation.
Prepare financial reports, cost analysis, and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
Support training and change management efforts related to the SAP system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in SAP is essential
Experience implementing SAP projects, preferably in an accounting or administrative capacity.
Strong background in finance, accounting, or project administration.
Proficiency in SAP modules related to finance
Experience in tracking budgets, managing invoices, and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
