A+F Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the software sector to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a global, innovation-driven business.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance and will take ownership of statutory audit processes, revenue recognition frameworks, and contribute to strategic finance initiatives. The role involves a mix of hands-on finance work and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual FRS 102 group audit and manage regional statutory audits (e.g., Singapore, Serbia)
• Support monthly management reporting and review payroll and accounts payable for selected geographies
• Set up and maintain revenue recognition documentation for financial reporting purposes
• Prepare and analyse data to support corporate tax strategy and monitor group transfer pricing
• Participate in finance-related projects and systems initiatives alongside senior finance leadership

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and revenue recognition; IFRS experience is a plus
• Solid experience across audit, management reporting, and financial operations within global organisations
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Certinia preferred) and Microsoft Excel

Desirable:

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau
