Job Overview.

Experience: 3-5 Years Years Sector: Industry Accounting

Providing support to the European Director of Regulatory Policy and the CFO, this is a broad role, requiring a combination of a high level of technical knowledge, good organizational skills, and an ability to liaise across various business and support groups to achieve a variety of aims and objectives.

This position involves working alongside Finance and Treasury teams consisting primarily of Global Liquidity and Funding, Accounts Payable, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting, Analysis and Reporting Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury / Regulatory Reporting: Provide support to the European Director of Regulatory Policy for the following: Monitoring of various risks to ensure adequate capital and liquidity levels, Production of annual ICAAP, ILAAP and Recovery Plan documents
Financial Reporting: Provide support to the European Director of Regulatory Policy for the following: Financial forecasting and planning to support various requirements e.g., ICAAP / ILAAP Stress Testing, Business support on all TDGF finance related matters, including provision of ad-hoc financial analysis and supporting the production of annual ICAAP, ILAAP and Recovery Plan

• Outstanding analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset to identify and swiftly resolve issues
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills to be able to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent communication & presentation skills to provide guidance to the local and Head Office finance teams on specific issues
• The development and maintenance of good relationships with key stakeholders and the ability to effectively communicate recommendations
• Excellent excel, word and power point skills to support the high quality deliverables required
