A large Irish company headquartered in North Dublin has an opportunity for a Senior Tax Analyst to join their team. A leader in their industry, the business has experienced a sustained rise in profits over the last number of years. The role is open to tax professionals coming from a similar role in industry or a tax role in practice. The role reports to a highly experienced Tax Manager who reports to the Group Head of Tax. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance for Ireland and the UK.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Provide strategic tax planning and support business units on tax-related matters.
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance.
• Assist in tax audits and manage tax-related queries and disputes.

Qualifications:

• Professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax compliance
• Knowledge of Irish tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
