What You Will Do:

• Client Advisory: Provide strategic and technical tax advice tailored to individual client needs, ensuring compliance and maximization of tax efficiencies.
• Tax Compliance: Review and ensure client tax compliance needs are met on time and in ful
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leading meetings to discuss their personal tax affairs and ensuring clarity in communication.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and enhancing the firm’s reputation in the market.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor chargeable hours, billing processes, and financial performance metrics, ensuring adherence to departmental KPIs.

Who You Are:

• Qualifications: Degree educated with professional CTA qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in private client tax services within a professional services firm, demonstrating expertise in complex client scenarios.
• Background: Our client is interested in Big 4, mid-sized firm and boutique backgrounds.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commercial mindset with the capability to manage multiple engagements effectively.
