Mark Donnelly

Mark is an experienced recruitment professional with over a decade in the industry, working across Ireland, the UK, and Australia. He joined A+F Recruitment as Associate Director, bringing a deep knowledge of the Accountancy & Finance space and a proven track record in building long-lasting client and candidate relationships.

Mark began his recruitment journey in Sydney in 2014 and quickly progressed through to senior leadership roles in one of the world’s largest agencies. His career has spanned multiple specialisms, but his passion remains rooted in Finance recruitment — from part-qualified professionals to executive-level hires.

Known for his honest, down-to-earth approach, Mark is driven by delivering quality outcomes and helping people make the right move at the right time. At A+F Recruitment, he partners with businesses of all sizes to hire across core finance functions including Financial Control, FP&A, Audit and more.

Outside of work, Mark loves spending time with his wife and young son and daughter. He is a Manchester United fan, music lover, and enjoys cycling and golfing whenever possible.
