Tanya Thomas

Tanya is the Director of A+F Recruitment and has a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector having spent the last 20 years perfecting her trade across Ireland, Europe and Australia.

Tanya has over a decade of experience assisting A+F professionals making their best possible career choice and as a result she has built a significant network in this area. Whilst Tanya enjoys working with all levels of Accountants and Finance professionals, she has been particularly successful in placing Senior Managers, Directors and C-Suite across Ireland and in Europe. As Tanya splits her time between living at home with her family in Kilkenny and working in Dublin, she cherishes the ability to work from home one to two days a week.

Tanya is passionate about remote working and sees this as becoming the norm for all business across Ireland. Tanya’s mantra is to; Enjoy people and treat them well – Ireland, indeed the whole world, is a very small place. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with her family.
